How I can help

I help adults feel better in their gut, calmer in their hormones, and more confident with food — using practical, evidence-based nutrition.
I work with people of all genders, with a particular focus on gut and hormone-related health.

  • IBS-type symptoms, bloating, irregular digestion, reflux

  • Endometriosis, PMS & hormone-related symptoms

  • Inflammation + food sensitivity support

  • Skin concerns linked to gut/hormones

  • Sustainable weight management & performance nutrition

FAQs

Q: Do I need tests or bloodwork?

Not usually. If you have recent results, they can be helpful, but we can make progress without them.

Q: How often should I book follow-ups?

Most clients choose every 4-8 weeks depending on goals and support needed.

Q: Is this suitable if I train regularly?

Yes — I can support fuelling, recovery, energy levels, and performance-focused goals.

Q: Online or face-to-face — which is best?

Both are effective. Choose online for flexibility, or face-to-face if you prefer in-person support.

Q: Are you a Registered Nutritionist? What does that mean?

Yes. I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr, Reg. No. 27541) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
AfN registration confirms completion of a UK-accredited nutrition degree, adherence to national professional standards, and ongoing CPD. As the title “nutritionist” is not legally protected in the UK, registration helps ensure you’re working with a trained, regulated and evidence-based practitioner.
